Production Process
Scroll up → Uncoil → Flattening → End Shear & Butt Welding → Accumulator → Forming → High-frequency induction welding→ Removing external burr → Cooling → Sizing → Cutting → Checking & Collecting → Accessing Warehouse

The Features of Full Directly Forming Technilogy:
This way is steel strip directly roll and bend into Square& Rectangle, then weld into finished pipe.
1) Compare with round into square& rectangle forming way, this way is better for the shape at the edge of cross section, comparatively, semi diameter of inner arc is small, and the brim is flat, outlook is regular.
2) And the whole line load is low ,especially the sizing parts.
3) The width of steel strip is small about 2.4-3% than round into square & rectangle, it can save the consume of raw material.
4) Adopts to Combined rollers, One Set of rollers to produce All the specifications of Square & rectangular tube, can be greatly reduced Roller spare reserves, Reduce 80% roller costs, which will help accelerate cash flow, shorten the product development cycle.
5) When changing Pipe Sizes, no need to change Rollers, just adjusting the Roller Position by Computer, Full Automatic .
